EMIA (Earl Mosley's Institute of the Arts) is one of EMDOD's cornerstone programs. As a four-week residential summer intensive, EMIA has a multi-decade legacy of supporting developing artists with professional-level connections, diverse technical training, and expansive personal growth opportunities within a greater community of artists passionate about movement. In partnership with Hofstra University, we are proud to offer EMIA 2025, cultivated and curated to support individuals looking toward their future career as performing artists or simply as future and current citizens of our society.
As we enter our 20th anniversary year, we have been reflecting on all of the incredible participants who have joined us in building the legacy of EMIA.
In an effort to give back to our community, we have decided to allot a thank-you gift to all EMIA 2025 participants who register before April 25th, totaling
$400.00 for 4-week participants,
$200.00 for 2-week participants,
and $100.00 for 1-week participants!
We are immensely grateful for our EMIA family and hope this token of appreciation will further enable us to reach all who wish to join us in our 20th anniversary celebration, maintaining our steadfast dedication to our mission of providing accessible summer dance education of the highest caliber to all, regardless of financial position or socioeconomic background, for years to come!
